An appeal to vote along with Holi Wishes

Dear Friends,

 Assalam O Alaikum,

       We should be very thankful to God to be quite comfortable at this stage of time when insurgency has occurred across the globe.  You may take an example of New Zealand, a peaceful nation but muslims were targeted there too. But in India, we are safe. However, exceptions can’t be rule out.

       Now, I come to the point as you all are aware about General Elections, going  to be held in the next month.

I request to all my brothers and sister (Not only muslims, all the Indians as we are geographically brothers and sisters and if we come to Islamic view point we’ll come to know that we all are the children of Adam and Eve) to vote/elect good persons without bothering for their religion and caste. If, you want to make or be a part of making “New India” you should choose to vote for good persons. Never go with ‘NOTA’.

सौहार्द बनाये रखें

मेरे अज़ीज़ हम व‍तनों आप सभी को मेरा मुअद्दिबाना सलाम,

      आज हम एक बहुत बुरी घड़ी से गुज़र रहे हैं, जी हां मैं पुलवामा मे हुए हमले की बात कर रहा हूँ। यह हमला केवल हमारे जवानों के क़त्‍ल करने के लिये नहीं है बल्कि यह हमला हमारी गंगा-जमनी तहज़ीब को क़त्‍ल करने के लिये है। यह हमला हमारे भाईचारे को ख़त्‍म करने के लिये है। यह हमला हमारे मुल्‍क के लिये एक बहुत बड़ी साजि़श है। इस नाज़ुक घड़ी में हमें बहुत गंभीरता से और सावधानी से रहने की आवश्‍यकता है। इस हमले का असर हमारे आपसी संबंधों और अन्‍दरूनी मुल्‍क पर नहीं पड़ना चाहिए वर्ना दुश्‍मन ख़ुश हो जायेंगे कि एक तीर से दो शिकार कर लिये हैं।    

      हमें इस समय आपसी भेदभाव भुला कर देश को मजबूत करने में सहयोग देने की आवश्‍यकता है। सियासी जमातों और सियासत दानों को भी आपसी भेदभाव भुलाकर न कि इस मुद्दे को भुनाकर देश हित में काम करना चाहिए ताकि भारत की इन्‍द्रधनुषी छटा बनी रहे।

जज्‍़बाते वसीम

    उम्‍मते मुस्लिमां के लिए अगर आज के दौर में कुछ करने की ज़रूरत है तो वो है उन्‍हें तालीमयाफ़्ता बनाने की और तालीमयाफ़्ता लोगों को रोज़गार के मौक़े फ़राहिम कराने की। आज के इस दौर में जबकि बेरोज़गारी का बोलबाला है और ऐसे माहौल में जो हमारे मदारिस के सनदयाफ्ता तालिब-ए-इल्‍म हैं उनके लिए तो हालात और भी बदतर हैं।

    इस मौजूदा दौर में मदरसे के सनदयाफ़्ता बच्‍चों के लिए आई0टी0आई0 और पॉलिटेक्निक का क़याम बहुत ज़रूरी है। ताकि ये बच्‍चे भी अपनी जि़न्‍दगी ख़ैर के साथ बसर कर सकें।  मदरसे की तालीम को रोज़ी रोटी से जोड़ना वक्‍़त की अहम ज़रूरत और हमारा फ़र्ज़ ए ऐन है।

    अपने ज़कात, सदक़ात और ख़ैरात को इस तरह के बुनियादी कामों में लगाने की कोशिश करें। अपने अतियात की निगरानी करें कि सही जगह लग भी रहे हैं या नहीं। ये तो मुख्‍़तसर बात है आपसे आईन्‍दा भी इस सिलसिले में बातें होती रहेंगी इंशा अल्‍लाह,

Triple Talaq : Amendments may be done in law not in faith

Every Muslim is bound to obey the law of his country. Sharaee Law of triple talaq is temporarily banned by Hon'ble Court of India. Every Muslim is bound to obey this rule. However, it is not a law of shariah as per Hanafi School of thoughts

.

Allah has said that he dislikes Talaq the most. Every muslim should respect and protect his wife. But, if there is some unavoidable circumstances then talaq is the best option instead of become a part of Crime Patrol or Saavdhan India.

After implementation of new law if a muslim lady who is a practising muslim too. And she is divorced by her husband. In such situation she would obey the rule of shariah instead of making big headlines for electronic and print media.

Amendments may be done in law but not in our faith.
